Both use a PFAS-free ceramic coating on the basket, but the TurboBlaze is Cosori’s everyday 6-quart workhorse while the Iconic is the design-led flagship: a stainless steel body, a larger 6.5-quart basket and app control through VeSync. If you want the widest temperature range and strongest value, the TurboBlaze is the pick. If you want the stainless look and smart features, the Iconic is worth the step up.
Quick verdict
- Choose the TurboBlaze if you want the widest temperature range (90–450°F) and the best value in Cosori’s lineup.
- Choose the Iconic if you want a stainless steel finish, the largest basket in the range, and app-based control.

What’s actually different
Finish and body. The TurboBlaze uses a standard dark gray housing. The Iconic uses a stainless steel structure, which changes the look and durability profile more than the cooking itself.
Capacity. The Iconic’s 6.5-quart basket is slightly larger than the TurboBlaze’s 6 quarts.
Temperature range. The TurboBlaze’s 90–450°F range is wider at the low end, useful for slow drying or proofing dough as well as high-heat crisping. The Iconic tops out at the same 450°F ceiling but Cosori doesn’t list the same low-end range for it.
Control. The Iconic adds smart control through the VeSync app on top of manual controls, plus Cosori states 5 years of manufacturer support. The standard TurboBlaze reviewed here has no app or voice control.
Coating. Both use Cosori’s PFAS-free ceramic coating on the basket and cooking surfaces — see our best non-toxic air fryer guide for how this compares with other brands’ approaches.
Who should buy which
Buy the TurboBlaze if you want the best all-around value in the Cosori lineup and the widest temperature range for jobs beyond basic air frying.
Buy the Iconic if you specifically want a stainless finish and app control, and don’t mind paying more for it. See our best stainless steel air fryer guide for how it compares with stainless models from other brands.
Frequently asked questions
Is the Iconic just a stainless TurboBlaze? Not exactly — it’s a separate design with a larger basket and app connectivity, not simply the TurboBlaze in a different finish, though both share the same PFAS-free ceramic approach.
Which one is better value? The TurboBlaze, for most buyers — it covers the same core cooking range at a lower price without the app dependency.
Do both need the VeSync app to work? No. The Iconic’s app features are an addition on top of manual control, not a requirement; the TurboBlaze reviewed here doesn’t include app connectivity at all.
